2cupsmashed sweet potatoesbaked or boiled until soft
1cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupunsalted buttermelted
2large eggs
1/2cupevaporated milk
1tspvanilla extract
1tspground cinnamon
1/2tspground nutmeg
1/4tspsalt
19-inch pie cruststore-bought or homemade
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, mash the cooked sweet potatoes until smooth.
Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well until fully combined and smooth.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
