  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • jalapeƱos optional, for spice

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  • Spread the refried beans evenly in a 9x13-inch dish as the base layer.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the refried beans.
  • Add a layer of guacamole, smoothing it over the creamy layer.
  • Spread the salsa evenly over the guacamole.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Add diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions as toppings.
  • For an extra kick, add sliced jalapeƱos if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggie sticks.
